PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data will be processed exclusively to manage and administer your registration on the website, enrollment in the requested courses, and activities derived from your training. They will also be used to respond to inquiries, suggestions, or communications submitted through the provided channels.

Only the minimum data necessary to provide the online training service will be processed, and these will be collected through the forms designed for this purpose.

LEGITIMACY OF DATA PROCESSING

The legal basis for processing data is the consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), granted at the time of registration.

Possibility to Withdraw Consent: The user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data will be retained as long as necessary to manage your registration and participation in the courses. Once this period has ended, or in the event of a request for deregistration or withdrawal of consent, the data will be blocked and stored solely to fulfill legal obligations and address potential liabilities, for the periods established by current regulations.

RECIPIENTS OF TRANSFERS

Your personal data may be disclosed to entities within the European Union or their designated bodies when necessary for the supervision, auditing, or evaluation of this project, in compliance with legal and contractual obligations associated with its funding or execution as a European Union project.
